When will I get the tracking number?
The in-store process for the stock and packaging will take about 2–5 business days. Then, once your order is ready for shipment, the tracking number will be available and sent to you. Please allow extra time for processing during holidays and sale seasons.
Please contact us if you do not receive tracking confirmation after 5 working days from the day you completed your payment.
If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate or incomplete payment or incorrect address information, your order processing may be delayed.
When will I get my order?
Your orders will be shipped from our warehouse located at: Area B, Hengjing Village, Zeguo Town, Wenling City, Taizhou City, Zhejiang Province, China.
We proudly offer worldwide shipping via USPS, DHL, and UPS.
Please kindly note your order will be processed for stocking, packing, and shipping to the address you provide. We commit to the delivery timeframe as outlined below:

If for any reason your goods don’t arrive within 60 days, you will receive a FULL refund for that item. This is our promise to you! If your order is missing, please contact us at mariana.pte.ltd@gmail.com. We’ll investigate (within 3–5 business days) and send you a replacement after resolution.
CUSTOMS AND TAXES
All prices on our site are tax-free in US Dollars. Import taxes, duties, and customs fees may be charged once your order arrives at the final destination—these charges are determined by your local customs office. Payment of such charges is your responsibility. We are not responsible for customs delays.
WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER
Buyers are responsible for providing the correct address. Due to strict shipping schedules, we cannot guarantee address changes once the order is placed. Please double-check your address—we are NOT responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses entered by buyers.
If the order arrives in your country and:
- The customer refuses the package
- Multiple delivery attempts are made with no success
We reserve the right to abandon the package(s) and will not issue a refund.
