Providing our customers with convenient payment methods is one of our priorities. With PayPal, you can easily complete your purchase quickly and securely.

REFUND, RETURN & CANCEL

By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted the following policies.

Returns

We accept returns for items that were shipped by us and are faulty due to our error (e.g., wrong item or damaged item).

Returned item(s) must include proof of purchase.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please contact our support team at mariana.pte.ltd@gmail.com for instructions. Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping fee.

Refunds

Our refund policy lasts for 3 days from the arrival date. If 3 days have passed since you received the item, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the receipt of your item and the status of your refund request.

If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please:

  • Check your bank account again.
  • Contact your credit card company (it may take some time for the refund to officially appear).
  • Contact your bank (there is often a processing time of about 5 business days).

Cancel Order

You may cancel your order within 24 hours from the time of purchase. Please note that a management, processing, and transaction fee of 1.5% of your total order value will be applied to all cancellations. Full refunds only apply when switching orders.

Once you place a new order, our system will automatically cancel the old one and refund 100% of your payment.
